Ready to register?
Australian Vision Convention 2021 is offering all-inclusive packages next year. No longer do you need to look at day delegate registration options, when you can view the full AVC Clinical Program at your convenience over 4 months.
Please note that due to the current COVID-19 social distancing requirements, a limited release of Face to Face registrations have been made available. Should the restrictions ease, we will release additional registrations closer to the event. To avoid disappoint, please book early if you would like to join us in person at Sea World Resort & Conference Centre.

Please note NZAO members can now register directly online. Simply follow the below steps:

Tick YES to the first question - Are you a member of an overseas association?

Member registration prices will now display and you can complete your registration as per normal

Holiday with the family!
We like to support our delegates and guests by providing on-site Kids Club. Have peace of mind knowing that your children are being cared for by qualified staff. This service is available to face to face delegates for both Saturday and Sunday during AVC.
This is a complimentary service for all OA/OQNT Members. If you are a non-member, you can add this to your registration for a nominal charge of $65 per day. The Kids Club is available for children aged 4 - 12 and full catering is included in registration.
To book Kids Club, simply add the 'Kids Club Session' for each day when completing your online registration. We will then be in touch with the forms to complete the process closer to the event.
Please note that the Kids Club is subject to change based on COVID restrictions applicable at the time of the event.
Complete your CPR Training at AVC
Are you attending AVC 2021 Face to Face and are due to complete CPR training?
Good news! AVC will be offering HLTAID001 - Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation on Friday 26 March 2021 afternoon from 1-4pm at Sea World Resort. This will be facilitated by Surf Life Saving Queensland and will be charged at $65pp including light afternoon tea.
Please note that this training needs to be completed every 3 years as part of your CPD requirements.
If you would like to register, you can add this to your AVC registration above. Just simply add the 'Optional CPR Training Session' when completing your registration.
Cancellaton Policy
Face to Face Registrations
Refunds for Face to Face registration will be assessed on a case by case basis. Should you need to cancel your registration after booking, please submit your request in writing to events@optometryqldnt.org.au. Refunds will only be provided in extenuating circumstances.
No changes will be permitted to Face to Face registrations six (6) weeks from the scheduled conference date, unless the following is to occur:

Change to government restrictions in your local area permitting travel to the Gold Coast

Extenuating circumstance beyond your control
If one of the above situations is to arise, please submit your request in writing to events@optometryqldnt.org.au. We will then be in contact to advise you of your options.
Virtual Registrations
No refunds will be provided for Virtual registrations. As there is up to 4 months to view the AVC Clinical Program on-demand, this allows time outside the AVC scheduled weekend to catch up.
If Face to Face registrations are sold out and you would like to go on the waiting list, please email events@optometryqldnt.org.au. Should a place become available, we will then contact you for your approval and payment of the difference in registration fee.
