Registration Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend the event for significant medical reasons, you must contact OQNT no later than four (4) weeks prior to the commencement of the event. In this instance, you will be requested to supply documentation as to the circumstances (eg. Doctor’s medical certificate) and it will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please note that all registration cancellations will be at the discretion of OQNT and needs to be submitted in writing to infoqld@optometryqldnt.org.au. Should you cancel less than four (4) weeks prior to the commencement of the event, no refund will be payable.
